Number of musicians: The cost varies depending on whether you would like a trio, quartet, or 5-piece band. Each additional musician adds to the overall sound and experience but also increases the pricing accordingly.
Duration of the performance: We base our pricing on the total length of time the band is required to be present, which includes both the performance and any necessary breaks.
Location of the event: If the event is outside the Sydney metro area, additional fees may apply to cover travel costs and time. This ensures that we can transport both the musicians and any necessary equipment to your venue, as well as provide a smooth and seamless setup.
Sound system: We provide our own PA system, which is well-suited to most venues and events, so you generally won’t need to arrange sound separately. For larger venues, ballrooms or events with an in-house AV setup, we may connect through the venue’s sound system instead. This is usually handled by the venue’s audio team, and we’ll discuss any requirements with you in advance.

Payment: Payment is due in full 5 business days before your event.
Indoor Performances: Indoor venues need to provide easy access to power and sufficient space for the band to set up. The space required will depend on the size of the band booked.
Outdoor Performances: For outdoor events, we require adequate cover that fully protects both the musicians and equipment from any weather elements, including rain and direct sunlight. This is essential to avoid any risk of damage to instruments or equipment.
Break Area: We kindly request an area with seating for the band during breaks. This allows us to rest and prepare between sets to ensure the best performance.
Meals & Refreshments: If food and drinks are being provided for guests, we kindly ask that suitable refreshments and a reasonable meal or light meal are also provided for the musicians.

Parking: Please let us know if you can arrange parking for the band, which typically requires 2-3 cars. If parking isn’t provided, we will need to make arrangements ourselves, and this will be calculated in our quote.
